I am an experienced, classically and professionally trained culinary industry professional and I have been employed successfully for more than fifteen years, both domestically and internationally, in and among the privileged environments of many of the world’s most prestigious households and on-board their private "Heavy Iron" jet aircraft and luxury mega yachts.
I have always prided myself on being a "NO DRAMA" easy
to get along with, reliable staff/crew member.
There are many pressures on those of us who serve “on-board” and “on property” and I have always sought to have the galley or your kitchen, to be a peaceful and welcome area for all concerned and I am instinctively, creatively and educationally prepared to handle whatever culinary challenge or direction you and your family and guests may present to me.
Moreover, I LOVE what I do...and it shows!

Having watched the documentary "Forks Over Knives"on NETFLIX and then having "so many clients" requesting to take a more responsible approach to a more Plant Based Heart Healthy living program..I was INSPIRED by and have studied The ENGINE2 Guide and am committed to being able to provide this IMPRESSIVE way of eating to any and all that would like to have me assist them..
